What is a SPA?
SpaAsia’s definition of a ‘Spa’ is a place where:
A person goes to improve their wellness in body, mind and
spirit
The spa operator and all their staff make a connection with
the guest in body, mind and spirit
The spa experience is delivered to guests through the vehicles
of their five senses
The guest's expectations of wellness are met
The business is driven with integrity and a commitment to
quality
Understanding this definition of a ‘spa’ is important
in making a nomination. Please read the Categories
and Submission Criteria thoroughly before submitting your
entry form.

natural ambience.
