2. How do I become listed as a spa operator in the SpaAsia directory?

3. What player do I need to have in order to watch the videos?
All videos on SpaAsia.com are streamed through a Flash Player, so you need to have the latest version of Macromedia Flash installed on your computer. This software is compatible with both PC and Mac. To download it, please visit Adobe.

4. Why does the video keep stopping and starting while I am watching it?
This may be due to your connection speed. You will need a broadband connection with at least 500 Kbps for the best viewing experience. Also, when our servers experience a high volume of traffic, sometimes the speed of streaming is affected, but we are constantly upgrading servers to keep up with demand, and we appreciate your patience.

5. Why is it that there is no sound when I am watching a video?
Please check the volume controls on your computer. Also, make sure that the volume on other conventional video players on your computer, such as Real Player or Windows Media, is increased. This may affect your computer’s master volume levels. Or try watching the video in different browser. Also, please test the audio on multiple videos.
