As well as being a qigong and meditation expert, Vincent Tham has also been tutored in yoga by various yogis. He has been teaching yoga since 1995.
Chef Kai may not be an expert in any of the above, but the master of the kitchen will be helping you connect body and mind throughout three days with a series of conscious dining experiences through the Kamalaya Cuisine.

KAI MUELLER
Executive Chef of Kamalaya Koh Samui
At the young age of 26, Kai Mueller reached a personal milestone when he became Executive Chef at Kamalaya Koh Samui. Growing up in East Germany, Kai spent much of his childhood in the kitchen with ‘the world’s best cook’, his grandmother. From as young as 5 years old, he had his eye firmly on the future, envisioned with him wearing a chef’s uniform. At 16, his dream began to take shape when he served his apprenticeship at an Austrian ski resort where he had to work hard to keep up with the other older and more experienced apprentices. After his apprenticeship, Kai worked in various international hotels and restaurants, including London’s Mosimann’s, run by chef Anton Mosimann who, in 1985, pioneered the move towards healthier cooking styles with his Cuisine Naturelle. Kai has taken what he learned from Anton Mosimann to a whole new level with Kamalaya Cuisine, where his masterful interpretation of food as medicine serves up health with a generous splash of culinary flair. Kai’s passion for food and flavour has been enriched by his exposure to Thailand’s culinary traditions, and he continues to create innovative and nutritious food with flavour in mind and health at heart.
