Additional notes:
- Hotel incidental charges, air tickets, airport taxes and travel/health insurance are not included in the above package.
- All incidental bills such as phone & internet usage, mini bar, room service, unscheduled meals and spa treatments are the responsibility of the delegates and must be cleared at the time of check-out.
- Only pre-determined land transfers i.e. from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and LCCT to designated hotel (Oct 14) and vice versa (Oct 17) are inclusive with this package. Any cost of transfer which are out of these schedules will be borne by the delegates and shall not be claimable from the event organizer.
