Expectations
Like many of our colleagues in the wellness community, we had expectations of the 2007 conference. We were all looking for answers to questions previously raised; what exactly had the industry done to nurture growth? What changes had taken place, inspired by the 2006 summit? How had we elevated the image of the wellness industry? How close were we to achieving our wellness goals?
Whilst all these questions raced round our minds, there was also a curiosity about what the Philippines would have in store that would be different from Thailand, the previous host of the conference.
