Venue
We also want to highlight the amazing creations that the kitchen of the host Hotel Sofitel Manila served. For the first time ever we were consistently offered healthy food during breakfast, lunch and, in particular, during the coffee breaks. The selection of portion-sized vegan, vegetarian or raw food items, the clear labelling of the ingredients and their nutritional benefits were fantastic and we compliment the hotel for its creativity and ability to prepare food that is in line with the theme of the conference – Wellness. As organizers of people development programmes and retreats, the food offering is an important reason to choose a hotel as a venue for our activities. Sofitel Manila excelled in all aspects of their food offer.
