Conclusion
- To grow your business you need to grow your people - The wellness revolution is already here, and spas either respond to it or others will take their place - Spas are here to stay – Indulgence and Escape are still the most asked-for spa experience - To embrace wellness, spas need a proven formula of how to generate acceptable profit margins
Next summit A key focus for the summit 2008 could be: How can providing wellness be a profitable business? How can we nurture and grow our employees and maintain our profit margins? We would like to hear and see examples of initiatives taken between now and the next Summit that will have attracted and developed new people for our industry.
